This section continues with its requests.
Luis Hernandez wanted to know the story of one of the houses in the Plaza Alfaro
.
The famous opera buffa by Rossini, The Barber of Seville

has been of great importance to the city.
So much so that two blocks of the city have signs related with the work. One was labeled with the title of the work in 1982.



The other leads since 1936 the name of the tenor Manuel GarcĂ­a, a collaborator in the work of Rossini.



Although some authors place Rosina's balcony near Argote de Molina street, the popular tradition as part of the Seville Plaza Alfaro

The famous balcony belongs to a house known for its beauty.


When walking by the house and referred to the balcony is beautiful to imagine the history there developed.
But unfortunately, this is another story turned into a myth impossible Seville.
And we have been told, thanks to one of the owners of the house, it was built between the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.


His fortunes changed in 1925 when it was acquired by the same family that owns it today.
Its owner bought in 1928 a beautiful stone home, the seventeenth century, which had belonged to a palace in Ecija.

Although uninhabited take years, remains a tourist attraction for the city.
